Trying to get Office 2003 Student and Teacher reinstalled correctl

I have a Gateway Media center PC 2005. I reformatted and reinstalled all
programs. When I reinstalled Office 2003, I did not get a prompt to reboot.
I did not uninstall prior install before I reformatted my drive. How do I
know if there were old files it picked up still on the drive from old
install? Should I uninstall and reinstall or continue with MS Framework 2
and IE7 install?

I just don't want to go back and have to uninstall a bunch of programs that
were installed after Office because Office was not installed correctly. I
still need to put on Rollup 2 and Framework 2 and 3.
