I have a manager who wants to view enterprise projects using MSP 2003 instead
of PWA. I want to only give him read access, I have an ID set up and gave
him all the access I thought would be required. I set up an account on
MSP-2003 and I can connect to the server with no problems. But when he logs
on (using Project Server Account) he gets the following error.
The Project Server database is unavailable
You can't access the database for one of the following reasons:
There is a problem with the enterprise global template in the database
You do not have sufficient permission to access the enterprise global template
network Server does not have enterprise features enabled.
Try to connect to the Project Server again. If the problem persists, contact
your server administrator.
Any suggestions? I am able to access the server with no problems with my ID.
