Trying to import contacts from old PC into MS-Outlook%2c won't do

I am trying to import the contacts from my old PC into MS-Outlook. My New PC
is Ver-2003 my Old PC was Ver-2002. I am being asked to install a 2002
Outlook CD that I no longer have. It tells me that I need a OUTRET.MSI file
to be able to translate to data?

Post the precise steps you are using clearly and what happens.
Importing is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data.
