Need to insert a 'break' in an excel bar in a graph to reflect a greater #
than there is space to show

This is an Access newsgroup for help creating and revising tables. Your
question does not seem to be related to MS Access, the database application
that is part of MS Office Professional. I'd suggest posting your question
to an Excel newsgroup.
