Trying to install Office 2003 in Vista

I just bought a laptop and it has the Vista operating system. I am trying to
instal my Office 2003 and it will not. It tells me that the setup requested
requires elevation. Then it does nothing else. Where do I need to go to
download the Office 2003 patch that will enable me to use my office suite.

When you attempt to install Office 2003, are you logged onto Vista with a
administrator account?

Log in the Administrator mode and then try the install

No you are not. You have to log in as Administrator Doris

In Vista Start type - accounts- in the Search box. Then at the top select
User Accounts. The Accout you are currently logged on will be displayed. If
that Account is not labeled Administrator, click on Manage Other Accounts
{lower middle} and select a account that is labeled Administrator and use
that account to log on.
