Trying to install Publisher 2003 on another PC with XP and I get .

Getting error message - Error 1311. Source file not found: D:\CC561401.CAB.
Verify that file exist and that you can access it. Can not find this file by
searching. What is it ? Only choices are Retry or Cancel.
