Trying to Install Translator

I am trying to import a .csv file into calendar using
OUTLOOK 2003. It says that translator is not installed
and I try it install it. This dialog ERROR box appears.


Error 1311.Source ile not
found:c:\MSOCache\AllUsers\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-
0150048383C9\L4561412.CAB Verify that the file exists and
you can access it. I have tried the Support Home and
can't seem to find the correct resources for this problem.


Help Please.

Are you trying to install it from the Office 2003 Add/Remove wizard?
