trying to install updates/can't agree because popup is blocked

I press the agree & install button, but it won't let me instal the updates
One Note 2003 Service Pack 2 (English version) or the Office XP Service pack
3 (English version. A box comes up in the bottom right hand corner that says
popups are blocked and the details are that Microsoft.com is trying to intall
a popup. I went to security and set it to be able to take some popups. I
need there updates to run Microsoft Word again and am so frustrated. Been
working on this since midnight last night. Please help me get these updates
installed, I need to get work done.

When you get the popup warning, do you see a yellow bar near the top of
Internet Explorer? If so, click on the yellow bar and you will have some
options.
