Trying to make a SPC Chart at work......

Hello i was wondering if anyone can help me. I can't figure out how to make
it where when i enter in three numbers it automatically puts a decimal after
the fist and then jumps to the next cell in the row.... If anyone has any
suggetions please let me know.
