TRYING TO MAKE A SPREADSHEET TO WORK OUT AVERAGE CYCLING TIMES IM.

can anyone help i am trying to make a spreadsheet to calcualte average
cycling times speeds etc sorted evry thing but trying to work out my average
mph i tried putting in miles/time but as i got the time format as 02:48:35
and distance 38.63 please someone help
