trying to make a wedding monogram

Can anyone help me?
I want to create a monogram in Word (supposedly you can) to use on things in
my wedding.
I have read on a couple of websites how to do it, but have had no luck.
Could someone please post the steps involved exactly and simply.
Greatly appreciated.
Trying to have the initials S P K but fancier of course.

Without any idea what you have on your computer, the best I can do is tell
you what I would use on my computer.

Publisher, Photoshop Elements, Microsoft Digital Image Pro, Print Shop Pro,
Print Master, and probably a few others could do the job.

I have Publisher, Printmaster Gold, Home Publishing, PowerPoint ,Adobe
Photodeluxe Home Edition,Photo Studio 5
Which would be the easiest? And how would I do it?

Publisher will do it plus you could do your invitations, announcements, etc
with the same program. Do you have any Publisher experience?

My next suggestion would be to continue any questions regarding Publisher in
the Publisher newsgroup. This one is for Word.

No Publisher experience. I have Publisher 2000

Publisher will do it plus you could do your invitations, announcements,
etc with the same program. Do you have any Publisher experience?

Owning a set of tools does not make you an expert. You have to learn
to use the tools and practice. It's not going to happen simply by
reading a usenet reply. Do a Google search for tutorials on the
product you choose and start practicing. You might consider putting
off your wedding for a year while you gain some experience, or hiring
someone to do it for you this time around.

If more people put off their wedding until they had more experience, there'd
be fewer divorces.

We don't know when Ninip's wedding is or how quickly she can pick up the
basics of Publisher. As long as they aren't getting married next weekend,
she should be okay.

I don't want to be an expert, I just want to know how to do this one thing
and then I will practice until I get what looks decent. These monograms are
just for my homemade invites, programs etc. Wedding is June.
Found a tutorial for Powerpoint and have been trying it out this morning.
But I would like to try Publisher but have had no luck.
