Beginning yesterday, Word freezes when trying to open a hyperlink to a
webpage. Hyperlinks in new documents also do not work. I have scanned my
computer for viruses and also disabled both the anti-virus and the firewall,
but it still freezes.
I am using the 2002 version of Word and the XP operating system.
Any suggestions how to get hyperlinks to work again?
