Trying to open Project 02 error -2146893058 (0X80090304)

I installed Project 02 and Web Access months ago and have not had any
problems till last week. Now when I try to open Project 02 I get the
following error message:

Microsoft Project cannot access the Microsoft Project Server
http://msproject/projectserver.
Please check the Server URL in the Collaborate tab of the Options
dialog box (Tools menu). Make sure the server is functioning
correctly, and is a valid Microsoft Project 2002 Server. Note that you
cannot display pages from a Microsoft Project 2000 server inside
Microsoft Project 2002.
Retry accessing the Microsoft Project Server -
http://msproject/projectserver

When I tested the Server URL connection I get the following message:
Unexpected server response.
Microsoft Project Server has returned an unexpected response.
Click the "View" button to view the server response as an error page
in your browser.

Then I get:
The server at ‘http://msproject/projectserver' returned the following
error to Microsoft Project. -2146893058 (0X80090304)

Can someone help?

Gary,
The SQL server is running fine. I'm the only user out of 175 users
that is having this problem. I'm one of two administrators here for
Project. I've had Project installed since spring with out any problems
till two week ago. I can't get into the application or the Web Access
part. The other admin checked my rights and found everything fine.
Please advice. Thanks!!!!!!

Gary,
We have about 20 projects that are published. As of this morning, the
other administrator(we only have 2 here, me being the other)is also
experiencing the same messages and can not open the application or the
web access.

I experience the same issue today and I'm an administrator. All other
users are fine. Please help!
