In Office 2004, the option to print a document without the highlighted
changes (but before accepting the changes) doesn¹t appear to work anymore.
It¹s one of the three options in the Highlight Changes menu. In previous
versions of Word, I seem to recall being able to uncheck the ³Highlight
changes in Printed Document² box and then print a clean document even though
the unaccepted changes still lived on in the electronic document. However,
in Office 2004, the changes are still highlighted in the printed document
even after unchecking this option.
Any thoughts on this behavior? Thanks,
Chris
