Trying to print email w/ header showing the to/from fields - cant

Everytime I print an email that I was sent it won't show the header (with the
to/from/re: fields at the top of the printed page. Anyone know how I can
print this correctly above the email?

Using Internet Explorer 7 and Outlook 2003 or previous? Install the latest
updates for IE7; the fix is now publicly available.
