trying to print onto envelopes..

Can anyone heal. Im tring to print envelopes . how do I get the information
into outlook or to word so I can use the mail program.

You just type the information into Outlook or Word. I have a feeling that
I'm not fully understanding what you're asking tho.

Joann , I have a list of 200 names & address in excel and I am trying to get
them into either outlook or word so I don't have to type the whole list. yes
I would have just typed them but the additionial list was sent to me via
email.

You just type the information into Outlook or Word. I have a feeling that

If it's in Excel, you can do a mail merge with that.

Just create the envelopes with merge mail field them look for the data that
you have on excel and do mail merge. The data receive by email just copy and
paste into excel. Them use it as part of the data for merge.
