Trying to publish to yahoo ...

I have made a web page via publisher and am trying to figure out how to
transfer it all on to my geocities web page. I already have a web page there,
I am just wanting to add this to it! I can not seem to get it to go. I enter
the url and it says not found. However, I know the site is there because I
checked on it.

I need help before I freak out on my computer can someone please help me out
out there?

Assuming you are using Publisher 2003:

With Yahoo's Geocitites you have to upload your files with their software, FTP and Publisher will not work.

I do believe that they will work with the paid version, but not the free version.

You're correct. You need to upload via their file manager. The only way to
publish via FTP or HTTP is through the paid service. One nice thing though,
you can upload something like 20 files at a time. A little time consuming
because you still have to "Browse" for them but it's better than Tripod where
you can only upload 6 or 8 at a time. Seems like the free sites will only
allow you to upload via their file manager.
