Trying to reference a cell

I am trying to reference sales using two factors (Year, and day)

Here is how I received the data

Here is the format I want it in


Day 1985 1986 1987 1988 1989

etc..

Is there any way I can use the 1985 and day 1 to find the right valu
in B2 (sales
