trying to reload publisher 97

Hi, I have a new computer running xp, and I have tried
installing my old Publisher program, but when I try to
open it it says:

"Procedure entry point _MatGet1Dispatch@8 could not be
located in the dynamic link libray Pubole32.dll."

So I had a couple copies of that .dll file, but have NO
idea what the error is talking about. I believe its
Publisher 97 - do I need something to make it work in XP,
and if so, does one exist?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. I have
taken it back out and am going to try installing again,
but don't expect any change.

Publisher 97 works well in Windows XP.
