An error (920) occurred during the action Save As.
An error occurred. Visio is unable to complete exporting.
I was trying to save the diagram to an image file; I tried WMF, BMP, TIF,
PNG, JPG, and GIF, all with the same results. It is a large diagram, normally
printed at 48x60 on a plotter. I first tried 300dpi 150"w, then 60x22.27",
with the same results.
The error message seems to be typical MS "There was an error, but we don't
know what the problem is or how to fix it," kind of like with IE 6 crashes.
(Check for viruses, spyware, software updates, etc.) Naturally, Help came up
empty. A KB search came up with something similar with other file formats,
with the instruction to, "Change the Transparency setting of the fill pattern
to 1%." The Save As box has no such option for JPG, but that also says it is
for Visio 2002, and I have 2003 Pro.
Any ideas on what might be going on here?
