Trying to send 200 emails from outlook. Is there a limit

We have a mailing list 200 contacts which is extracted from outlook how do i
send such a large e-amil all at once?

Either put all the addresses in the Bcc field of one message or use Tools | MAil Merge from the contacts folder to send individual messages.
