Trying to uninstall Office 95

newbie

When attempting to uninstall getting blue screen after program is done
searching for previous versions (they are there and run fine, I just can't
get them off my computer).

Tried deleting all temp files first, same result.

If I try just putting in new office and upgrading I get a "setup is busy"
error.

Any way to get rid of the program (including setup.exe associated with the
old office)? Or other suggestions to get me unstuck?

What version of win is this installed on?
What version of Office are you using as the upgrade?
