I have tried several times to update my Office XP
Professional with the Service Packs 1 and 2 and it will
not go through. I don't understand what the problem is.
I follow the directions on the screen and it will not
complete the updates. I purchased the version of Office
XP Pro late in 2002 and love it very much but I'm sure
there's been updates since then. I paid for the product,
I would like to have the support!!! Do I need to send
you the product ID? I spent a lot of money on this
product and I expect to have the MICROSOFT Corporation to
do their part in updating my product and it is available.
I will be awaiting someone to inform me about my problem!!
