Trying to Update

I tried updating my MS Office (SB) from the Office website, and it said I needed to install/ or find SBERET.MSI from my CD. I clicked on it in Win Explorer to install it, but now every time I try to d/l the SP2, it says the installation was unsuccessful without downloading/ installing anything. I cleared my Cache, but that didn't help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
