Trying to use outlook profile helper to set up Outlook 2007

I am receiving the following error:

Cannot initialize MAPI library.
This may indicate problems with the Outlook Installation.
Please try to run outlook and see if it works properly. If the problem
persists please contact Voicegateway.com Web Services exchange support.
error details: 0x8007007E (The specified module could not be found.)
I have run the "fix error" utility, already, and am still having this
problem. I have sent several requests to Voicegateway, without response.
Suggestions, Please.....
