TS and Office

Is there a way to setup office so that everyone who logs
on to terminal server and uses office will be using the
same templates and clipart.
I'm finding that I have to go to everyones system and
insert our company letterhead and company clipart and
that's a pain in the butt.
I know there is a way but my brain's currently on vacation
after migrating to 2003 from NT4.

Put company document templates NOT NORMAL DOT in a folder on the server and
point everyone's workgroup folder to that source
Tools > Options > File Locations > Workgroup -
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\General\SharedTempl
ates)
Similarly point each user to the same clipart folder or use autotext to
insert company artwork.
