When trying to install tsoff9.exe I am getting the error
that office 2000 is not installed, but is it. Any ideas

Hi Dan,

If you go to http://office.microsoft.com/productupdates
does it recognize Office 2000 and suggest updates needed?
If not, you may want to try a repair/reinstall of Office 2000
and then try installing the Office 2000 Troubleshooter.
