Turkish Characters in Outlook

I am unable to enter Turkish characters in contacct fields (name, company,
address, etc.) for outlook. The characters become replaced by a '?'
(question mark). Strangely, this does not occur in the notes field. I have
enabled multiple languages. Please help.
