I there a way to turn off the Accepted/Decline email notifications for
meetings in Outlook 2007?
I found an option under Tools, Options, Preferences, Email Options, Tracking
"Options called Delete Blank Voting and Meeting Responses after Processing."
This option seems to work for my inbox by taking a Accepted/Declined response
without comments and automatically deleting it.
HOWEVER, for one of our Administrative Assistants who has access to multiple
calendars and profiles, it doesn't seem to work. I have also verified that
the "Process requests and responses upon arrival" is checked.
Please help as our admins are about to go on a killing spree.
