Hello,
is there a way to deactivate "commit messages"(not sure how its written
in english. In german "Uebertragungsbestaetigung") in Entourage 2004?
We have the problem that when another user sends a message and want to
get a read or transmit commit the Entourage Clients sends these commits
without asking the user on the mac. So when the user deletes the message
the sender gets the following message:
Subject: Not Read
Original:
Ihre Nachricht
An: Max Example
Betreff:
Gesendet am: 30.03.2007 14:34
wurde am 30.03.2007 14:37 ungelesen gelöscht.

Subject:

was deleted on 30.03.2007 14:37 without reading.
This is of course not very professional when a customer gets this message
This message is only send when the entourage on the client is online so
that I do not search the problem on the eMail-Server.
Does anyone has a tip or an answer for me?
Thanks for all replies.
