Turn off "Download Address Book" in Send/Receive Settings

Hi

We have Outlook 2003 running is Cache mode.

We want to contral the download of the OAB to protect the n/w as we are due
to make some big changes to the GAL.

The normal way of setting this in OUTLOOK is Tools, Send/Receive Settings -
All
Accounts and unchecking the Download offline address book (which IS
checked by default). I would like to do that by registry setting or
Group Policy (the latter would be best).

Any idea ?
