Is there a way to turn off email notifications for part of an organization at
the group or category level? I realize that each user can go in and manually
select his/her email notification preferences on the home page, but I didn't
know if the administrator can specify that a certain group does not have
email notification permissions (other than simply taking the link away from
the homepage).
The reason I ask is that part of our organization wants to use them and the
other part does not. Thanks.
