Turn off mouseover image properties in Office Picture Manager 2003

Is there a way to turn off the mouseover image properties that show when the
mouse is moved over a picture in Microsoft Picture Manager 2003? I have
user's complaining this is getting in their way when looking at large images.

Hi Monarch_IT,

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this just for Office Picture Manager, even with a registry change. It's piggybacking on
Windows screentips features.
