Turn off Name Cache in Outlook 2000

I need to turn off this feature. Everytime I convert a
distribution list to a resource mailbox, remote users
will get NDRs sending the that address until they pull it
from their GAL.

For each client you will need to uncheck "Suggest names while complete To,
CC, and Bcc fields". Which is located by going to Tools, Options, Email
Options, Advanced Email Options.
