Turn off Office Assistant

Can I turn of the $%&#*$&* office assistant in Project 98?

Hi Top,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Right click the assistant and select Options - delete all the check marks.

Try Tools/Options.../General tab/uncheck "Show tips at start up"

Right click the assistant and select Options - delete all the check marks.

I unchecked all of the options. The damned thing still pops up every
time I start up Project. I am using Project 98.
