Turn off size display on shape

I use a standard shape of a wall. When I drag the wall from the shapes menu
to the drawing, the size is displayed in gray. How do I turn that size
display off?

It's only displayed while the shape is selected, but, yes, you can
turn it off on a per shape basis.
1. menu View -> Drawing Explorer Window
2. in the Foreground Pages section look for your wall shape
3. among the Wall's shapes there will be a Shape.7
4. right-click and select edit ShapeSheet
5. in the User-defined cells section find the cell "User.Hide" and set
it to FALSE.

If you want this to happen for all Wall shapes on your diagram then go
through this procedure for the Wall shape in the Document stencil
(menu File -> Shapes -> Document Stencil)

Paul,
Thank you very much for the response. That gave me exactly what I needed.
I really do appreciate it!!

Couple of notes in case someone else has this problem and uses this:
1. The reference to "shape.7" is generic. It should probably be thought of
as shape.X as the X value can be almost any number. However, the shape.X
that is required was (for me anyway) always the last in the hierarchy.
2. The value for User.Hide should be set to True rather than False.

Brilliant.

That's the second time I've done that in a few days! What's worng with
me? (Rhetorical question)
