Turn Off Speech Toolbar?

I was exploring in Outlook. With one click I got the speech toolbar. Unlike
other toolbars, I can't find anyway to turn it off. I don't use speech
recognition. How do I get rid of this toolbar? Thanks for any help.

R-click on it and pick Settings, then Language Bar.
