Turn off spell checking

There are occasions when it would be great to be able to turn off
spellchecking for one part of OneNote, whether that is a section of a page or
a folder. Why, because text in the form of code snipits or T-SQL really looks
ugly with all the red underlines. Comments and explainations certainly
benefit from spell checking. And no one wants to have to reset the setting
for the whole application depending on what you are looking at at the time,
or each time the application is opened.
