How do I turn off the track change options in word?
I want it off! I have a full word document that looked good on my end but
the client on the other end could see all the changes. I cannot see it on my
document, but she can. How can I turn off the option to track the changes on
my end so I can send a clean document to my client. HELP Please!

You must accept all the changes before you send the document to anyone else.
Depending on which version of Word you have, the Accept button is on the
Reviewing toolbar (2003 and earlier) or the Review tab of the ribbon (2007).
Click the down arrow on the button and choose "Accept all changes in document".

If you want to keep a record of the changes, do this in a copy of the document
and keep the original unchanged. Send only the copy.

Thank you for the info Jay. I have tried that option but nothing happens
when I click on Accept all the changes. I made sure all my changes were
showing on my document to see what the client has received. I then clicked
on it, but I still see all the correction on my document. The copy doesn't
look clean???

I appreciate you help, do you have other recommendations?
