Turn off web browsing in Outlook.

I have the need to turn off all web browsing features in
Outlook 2002. This would include "favorites" as well
as "tools on the web". Our company has locked down
internet access through Internet Explorer, but users
still gain access through Outlook.

Block port 80 in ur gateway!
