Turn on Preview Pane in ALL Subfolders by Default -- Outlook 2002

I want my view to include the Preview Pane for my Inbox and all subfolders
(both existing and any new ones I add). When I go into Define Views, select
Messages and then select Preview Pane, this only changes the view for the
folder I am currently in. Is there a way to include the Preview Pane for ALL
folders and subfolderws?
