Ren,
I made a quick page up using 2 .gif files on the site...
Take a look and see if this is more of what you were thinking about?
A background image then overlay the gif on it so you can see them both...
If not then let me know where I went wrong...

| || Thanks for your help Bob,
|| I am very new to code and whilst I understand 'Behaviours' to a small
| degree
|| this problem has me really tossed.
|| I have tried to use behaviours from fresh, tried to copy your code and
| have
|| ended up in a mess.
|| What I am trying to do is to have a basis aerial picture in a national
| park
|| and to overlay this with transparent 'gif' images that show walking
| tracks,
|| Points of interest etc. When I use swap image in Behaviours I cannot seem
| to
|| be able to set the transparency of the overlay?
|| I also am an old Man!! Well past retiring age so I am very happy to
listen
|| to any ramblings, they are certainly sure to be better than what I am
| doing.
|| Any further assistance would be appreciated.
