Turning accounts on and off

Is there a way to "deactivate" an account? I have several e-mail accounts
and would like to activate and deactivate them as I travel. Is there a way?

WHat do you mean by "deactivate"? You could delete one and readd it (but I
don't think that's what you want). You can remove it from the send/receive
group so that Outlook pretty much ignores it. Perhaps that's what you mean.

you can disable them so you can send or receive email - tools, send &
receive groups or ctrl+alt+s

Perfect. Exactlyl what I was looking for! I"m not sure how I would have
found it as I tried HELP looking for activate, etc. That's always a problem
.... the right words. Thanks.
