Why won't my computer turn on or off quickly?

Windows help appears to be for Vista only. Is there some other place I can
get instructions for XP?

You have posted this question to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the program you are using.
I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version number in
your message. It might make a difference.

Hi,
Try the newsgroup microsoft.public.windowsxp to get help, this group is for
MS Access the database program. Should include version, SP version and if
this is a new problem or always been this way.
