Turning off Anti-Aliasing

Has anyone had any success in getting Anti-Aliasing completely turned off in
Entourage 2004? I had it with X but after upgrading, some things are
"smoothed" and some things are not. I don't want anything smoothed.

I saw the suggestion about the fix for the Monaco 9 spacing and that helped
for the fixed-width stuff and I have it disabled at the system level for
fonts 10000 and below, but non-bold items in my folder list and message list
are still anti-aliased.
