Turning off office assistant?

I have a document with comments embeded in the text, but not showing. When I
save or print the document i get a message box stating "the document being
printed contains comments, continue printing?" How do I turn this box off and
just have the program either directly print or save? I have tried turning off
the office assistant, but that doesnt seem to work.
