Turning off pagination symbols

Trying to figure out how to turn off page view showing
pagination symbols (paragraph, indents etc) Anyone know
how to do this?

Click the pillcrow (paragraph mark) on your standard toolbar. The tooltip
text for it will be "Show / Hide ". Or press Ctrl-*.
