Turning OFF Reminders

Is there a way to make all appointments to have NO reminders by default? I
hate having to manually change each appointment to NONE on the reminder drop
down.

Do you have a reminder checkbox in Tools, Options, preferences?

You can also turn them off completely. Tools, Options, Other tab, Advanced
button and remove the check to display the reminder.
