We have a weekly Word document that is placed on our web site. Because
it contains text and graphics, Word gets confused and thinks there are
grammar errors each week. So we manually have to go through the
document and indicate ignore, ignore, ignore... for each error until
the 'squigglys' are gone. When the Word doc is placed on the web site,
no one viewing the web site will see the squigglys which is what we
want. It would be nice (in this case) to be able to tell Word's
Spelling/Grammar checkers that everything is okay without going through
the 'ignore' process. Even if I hide all the errors and I don't see
them, others accessing the web site will see them unless the errors are
ignored/corrected. Can the Spelling/Grammar checkers be set somehow
without the manual intervention we're doing?
Thanks,
