Turning off the Save Message Box

I create a page from a document template. As soon as I
save the page, a message box asking me if I'd like to
save the changes to the specific template appears.

Is there a way I can turn this off through configuration
or code?

Creating a new document from a template shouldn't be changing the template,
so this message is warning you that something untoward (but not necessarily
bad) is going on. Does the template contain macros, and if so, what do they
do?
